【重要なお知らせ】クレジットカード、またはデビットカードをご利用のお客さまへ
KDDIに登録されているクレジットカードの有効期限が切れていたため、決済することができませんでした。
今月よりお振込用紙でのお支払い（窓口支払）となりますので、期日までにお支払いくださいますようお願いします。
あわせて新しいお支払い方法の設定をお願いいたします。
振込用紙でのお支払いには、紙請求書発行手数料、窓口手数料が発生しますので、ご留意ください。
下記のいづれかの方法でお支払い方法のご登録お願いいたします。
個人のお客さま
（1）My auでご登録ください。
（2）au Style/auショップでご登録ください。（au携帯電話ご利用の方のみ）
au携帯とキャッシュカードまたはクレジットカードをご持参ください。
（3）郵送の申込書でご登録ください。（UQ mobileも含む）
すでにご登録済みの場合は、ご容赦ください。
お支払いが確認できない場合、ご利用のサービスやご契約が契約解除になる可能性があります。
au・UQ mobileでご購入の携帯をお使いのお客さま
分割で端末お支払いいただいている場合ご契約のサービスがご解約となったのちに、残債を一括でご請求させていただきます。
加えて、一度ご契約が解約となった場合、同じ電話番号はもう一度使うことはできませんのでご注意ください。

KDDIへご登録の住所が変わってしまっている方には、重要なお知らせが届いていない可能性があります。
特に、ご請求に関するお知らせが届かずに、通話・通信サービスが停止になってしまう場合がございます。

【Important Notice】
For customers using credit card or debit card.
Your credit card company did not renew the expiration date of your registered card, so we could not make the transaction. Therefore, from this month, KDDI will bill you directly.
In line with this, it is necessary to set the payment method. Until the completion of this setting, you are requested to pay by transfer form (payment at the counter).
Please use the transfer form at a convenience store, etc. and pay until the due date.
Please be aware that you will have a paper invoice issuance fee and a processing fee for payment over the counter.
Please register your payment method using one of the following methods:
For Individual Account
(1) Please register at au Style / au shop. (For au mobile phone users only)
Please visit the store with your au mobile phone and cash card or credit card.
(2) Please register using the application form by post mail. (UQ mobile excluded)
(3) Please register on My au/My UQ mobile through the links below. (Japanese only)
Please disregard the notice if you have already registered.
If payment cannot be confirmed.
The service or contract you are using may be cancelled.
For customers using au mobile phones.
If you are paying the device by installment, we will charge the remaining balance in a lump sum after your contract is cancelled.
In addition, please take note that once the contract is cancelled, the same phone number cannot be used again.
Have you relocated since you started using KDDI Service?
You might not receive important notice if your KDDI registered address has changed.
Telephone and data transmission might be suspended for temporarily if you do not receive notices particularly billing related ones.

【重要通知】
致使用信用卡或者Debit卡（借记卡）的客人
由于信用卡公司没有更新您所登记的信用卡的有效期，导致无法结算。所以从这个月开始，KDDI将直接向您请款。
介于以上原因，需要您设定新的支付方式。在设定新的支付方式之前，要用账单（窗口支付）来支付。
请在标示的期限前拿账单到便利店付款。
会产生纸质账单发行手续费和窗口支付手续费，请注意。
请通过以下任一方法来登录新的支付方式。
个人用户
（1）请前往au Style / au店铺办理。（仅限使用au手机的用户）
请携au手机和银行卡或信用卡前往店铺。
（2）请您通过邮寄的书面文件来办理手续。（UQ mobile除外）
（3）请您在网上来办理手续。（仅限日语）
如果已登录新的支付方式，请无视该通知。
如果无法确认到您的付款
则您使用的服务或者契约有可能会被解约。
使用au手机的客人
如果手机为分期付款，在契约解约之后，分期的余额将会被一次性结算。
并且，一旦解约之后将无法再次使用相同的电话号码，敬请注意。
自从使用KDDI服务以来，您是否搬过家？
如果您在KDDI登录的地址发生了变动，则有可能收不到重要信息通知。
特别是在未收到有关支付信息的情况下 会发生暂停呼叫及通信服务。

【Aviso importante】
Aos clientes usuários de cartão de débito ou cartão de crédito.
A data de validade do seu cartão de crédito registrado não foi renovada pela empresa de cartão de crédito. Portanto, a partir deste mês a cobrança será efetuada pela KDDI.
Por esse motivo é necessário registrar uma nova forma de pagamento. Até a finalização do processo, o pagamento deverá ser efetuado através de fatura impressa (boleto).
Favor efetuar o pagamento até a data informada na fatura impressa, através das lojas de conveniência e outros.
Informamos que serão cobradas taxas por pagamento através de fatura impressa e envio.
Solicitamos o registro de uma das formas de pagamento abaixo:
Pessoa física
(1) Através das au Style / lojas au. (somente usuários do serviço de telefonia)
Comparecer à Loja au portando o celular au, cartão de crédito/cartão do banco.
(2) Favor concluir o procedimento via correio utilizando o formulário (com exceção da UQ mobile)
(3) Favor concluir o procedimento pela Web (somente em japonês)
Desconsidere este comunicado se a alteração já foi efetuada.
Em caso da não confirmação do pagamento
Existe a possibilidade do cancelamento do contrato e/ou dos serviços prestados ao cliente.
Usuários do serviço de telefonia au.
Havendo parcelas do financiamento do aparelho, caso o contrato seja cancelado, o valor restante do financiamento será automaticamente cobrado em parcela única.
Uma vez cancelado o contrato, não será possível utilizar o mesmo número de telefone novamente.
Houve mudança de endereço após o início do contrato com a KDDI?
Informações importantes podem não ter sido recebidas caso o endereço esteja desatualizado.
O não recebimento de cobranças poderá acarretar em suspensão temporária dos serviços.

Đối với quý khách sử dụng thẻ tín dụng trả trước hoặc trả sau
Hạn sử dụng của thẻ mà quý khách đăng ký đã không được cập nhật nên việc thanh toán chưa được hoàn thành. Do đó KDDI sẽ trực tiếp thu tiền từ tháng này.
Theo đó, quý khách cần phải thiết lập phương thức thanh toán. Trong khoảng thời gian cho đến khi thiết lập, quý khách vui lòng thanh toán bằng hoá đơn (thanh toán tại quầy)
Vui lòng mang theo hoá đơn đến cửa hàng tiện lợi v.v. và thanh toán trước hạn được ghi trên hóa đơn.
Phí phát hành hoá đơn , phí thanh toán tại quầy sẽ phát sinh nên mong quý khách lưu ý.
Vui lòng đăng ký phương thức thanh toán theo 1 trong những cách sau
Khách hàng cá nhân
(1) Hãy đăng ký tại au Style / au shop (Chỉ dành cho khách hàng sử dụng điện thoại di động của au)
Vui lòng mang theo điện thoại của au và thẻ ngân hàng, hoặc thẻ tín dụng đến cửa hàng.
(2) Vui lòng thực hiện thủ tục thông qua giấy tờ gửi qua đường bưu điện. (trừ khách hàng UQ)
(3) Vui lòng thực hiện thủ tục trên internet.
Nếu quý khách đã đăng ký, xin vui lòng bỏ qua thông báo này.
Trong trường hợp không xác nhận được việc thanh toán
Có khả năng dịch vụ và hợp đồng mà quý khách đang sử dụng sẽ bị hủy.
Khách hàng sử dụng điện thoại di động của au
Trong trường hợp quý khách đang trả góp điện thoại, số tiền máy còn lại sẽ được thanh toán 1 lần sau khi hợp đồng bị hủy.
Ngoài ra, vui lòng lưu ý rằng một khi hợp đồng bị hủy, quý khách sẽ không thể sử dụng lại số điện thoại cũ.
Quý khách có chuyển nhà từ sau khi sử dụng dịch vụ của KDDI không?
Đối với quý khách đã thay đổi địa chỉ mà không đăng ký lại với KDDI, có trường hợp không nhận được những thông báo quan trọng.
Đặc biệt, có trường hợp bị dừng dịch vụ truyền thông ・ gọi điện do không nhận được thông báo liên quan đến hóa đơn thanh toán.
