You can use a credit card to pay your current monthly bill, via the "My au" (previously "au Customer Support") website.
Access the "My au" (previously "au Customer Support") website (in Japanese only) (https://www.au.com/my-au/). If you are already logged in, skip to step 4.
Tap [au ID でログイン].
Tap [ログイン].
Under the [My au TOP] tab, tap [請求関連のお手続き].
Tap [お支払い].
Tap [今すぐ支払う] for [料金のお支払い].
Select the phone number for which you want to make the payment, and then tap [選択].
Check the amount, and tap the word "こちら" in the displayed text.
Tap [クレジットカードで支払う] to select it, select the amount to pay, and then tap [お支払い] at the bottom of the screen.
Select [今回のみクレジットカードで支払う], and then tap [OK].
Follow the link to the website of the financial institution associated with the credit card.
Tap [上記サイトへジャンプする].
Enter your credit card number and tap [次へ].
Enter the 3-digit (or 4-digit) number printed on the back of the credit card, and then tap [一回払い].
Check the payment details, and if there are no errors, tap [申込].
Tap [次へ].
The payment procedure is complete.
Access the top page of the "My au" (previously "au Customer Support") website (in Japanese only)(https://www.au.com/my-au/), or do a search for "Customer Support" and click the "au Support" page.
Click [ログイン].
Click [au IDでログイン].
Enter your au ID, your password, and the displayed verification code (the text [ふふくたみ] is shown as an example here), and then click [ログイン].
If you log in with an au ID while an LTE/3G connection is not available (i.e. when using a Wi-Fi connection), 2-step verification will be required for login.
2-step verification
When you log in using a Wi-Fi connection or another device such as a personal computer, a URL is sent via SMS (C-mail) to the au mobile phone registered to your au ID.To complete the login process, click the URL in the SMS (C-mail) to open the verification screen, and click the [Allow] button to perform verification.
(The 2-step verification procedure described above is not required when using the LTE/3G network to log in from the au mobile phone registered to the au ID.)
Under the [My au TOP] tab, tap [一覧] for [請求・支払関連のお手続き].
Scroll down to the [お支払い] section, and click [今すぐ支払う] under [料金のお支払い].
