【au/UQ mobile】I want to change my monthly payment method to direct debt from bank account/I want to change the registered bank account.

Whether you want to change from another payment method to direct debt from bank account, or register a different bank account, you can do so through My au or My UQ mobile app.

Procedure

  • 1

    Access "Change Payment Method" [支払方法の変更] page.

    Please enter your au ID and password.

    Select the service you want to do the procedure and tap on "Select"[選択].

  • 3

    Confirm the change timing and important notes, and tap on "Direct debit from bank account"[口座振替].

    Tap on "Agree and proceed "[同意して手続きに進む].

    The screen with the "Elegible Financial Institutions"[ご利用可能金融機関] will be displayed.

    Scroll down and select either "Bank"[銀行] or "Shinkin Bank/Credit Union/Worker's Credit Union/Agricultural Cooperative"[信用金庫/信用組合/労働金庫/農業協同組合] in the section to select the financial institution you will use, and tap on "Next"[次へ].

    • If you are using a financial institution other than those listed, tap on "Send Application Form"[申込書を送付する]and follow the instructions to complete the procedure.

    Select the confirmation method after registration is completed and tap on "Next"[次へ].

    Confirm the important notes and tap "Submit"[送信].

    Tap on the name of the financial institution you will use.

    Enter the account holder's name and tap on "Next"[次へ].

    Tap on "Go to Financial Institution"[金融機関へ].

    From here, you will proceed to the website of each financial institution. Please follow the on-screen instructions. If you have any questions, please contact them directly.

    • The changed payment method will be reflected in My au/My UQ mobile in about 30 minutes. To confirm the payment method after the change, click here.
  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
