The customer code is an 8-digit alphanumeric code that is automatically assigned to each contracted line.

Also, you can check it on the My au app, the breakdown of your paper invoice, or on the customer copy you received when signing up for a new contract or changing your contract details.

This page will explain on how to check your "customer code" [お客様コード] (8-digit alphanumeric).
- Depending on the procedure, you may be required to enter a number with a similar name, such as a "billing code" [ご請求コード] , so please check the name of the number you are being asked to enter.

Tap on "Billing" [請求書].

Tap on "Check Billing" [請求書の確認].

Enter your 4-digit PIN code.

Tap on "Open Breakdown" [内訳を開く] in the billing breakdown section.

Your "customer code" [お客様コード] will be displayed in the breakdown for each line.
