【WEB de Billing】I would like to download my billing statement

You can download the billing statement for the past 14 months as a PDF file.

Please refer to the following.

If you pay by direct debit, you can download the receipt for the past 18 months as a PDF file.

The printed receipt can be submitted to the tax office as an official receipt.

If you are submitting it to a company, etc., please confirm with the destination to see whether you can use it as needed.
Receipts for months when you did not pay by direct debit, such as when you changed your payment method, will not be displayed.

Receipts cannot be downloaded from WEB de Billing.

If you need a receipt for the Income Tax Return, etc., please use the "payment certificate" [支払証明書] as a substitute for the receipt.

You can download for free, the payment certificates for the past 18 months, including the current month as a PDF file from My au/My UQ mobile.

Please print it out as needed after downloading.

This document certifies the amount paid to our company
It can be used in place of the receipt for Income Tax Returns
If you pay your au/UQ mobile charges by direct debit, you can download the receipt
