【au/UQ mobile】Can I change my monthly bill payment date?

Customers who pay their monthly charges by direct debit can choose either the 25th or the last day of the month as their debit date (payment date).

You can do the procedure from My au, My UQ mobile or through our Customer Center.

Procedure from My au or My UQ mobile

    Access the "Change Direct Debit" [口座振替の変更] page from your smartphone or PC.

    Please enter your au ID and password.

    The currently direct debit date will be displayed.

    To change it, put a check in the checkbox for "End of the month" [月末日] or "25th" [25日] and then tap on "Next" [次へ].

  • 3

    After confirming the changes, tap on "Apply with this content" [この内容で申し込む].

    This completes the change of the direct debit date (payment date).

Procedure from Customer Center

Note

  • Customers who joined UQ mobile before September 1st, 2021, cannot change the direct debit date (payment date). It will be "end of the month" payment only.

  • In the case of credit card payment, the payment date will be the date specified by the card company and cannot be changed.

  • The change will be applied from the payment of the month following the change acceptance.
  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
