When will the service suspension be lifted after paying my outstanding bill?

The timing of the lifting depends on when you make the payment at the convenience store or au Style/au shop.

Payment made by 20:00: Suspension lifted about 30 minutes after the payment

Payment made after 20:00: Suspension lifted around 9:00 of the next day

  • If you are using an iPhone and service is not resumed after the payment, restarting the device may solve the issue.

  • If the call suspension is not lifted even after restarting, the mobile phone may be under network usage restriction.

     In the case of network usage restrictions, you will be able to use it from the second day after the payment of outstanding bill. You can check whether your mobile phone is under network usage restriction by entering the 15-digit IMEI (manufacturing number) of your mobile phone on the following page.
