The remaining balance for the device charges of smartphones and mobile phones purchased through installment payment can be checked on My au (Web).
After logging into My au (Web), please select the "au Device Charges" [au 機器代金] item from the breakdown screen to check the remaining balance and the number of payments.

Select the phone number you want to check and tap on "Select" [選択].

The breakdown screen will be displayed.
Tap on the au phone number in the "au Device Charges" [au 機器代金] section.

Details such as remaining payments and the amount will be displayed under "Installment payment" [分割支払金].
