When will my service be suspended if I have an outstanding bill?

If you have a bill for which payment has not been confirmed, we will send a notice of service suspension by either +Message, SMS (text message), email or letter.
The service will be suspended sequentially from the day after the payment deadline indicated in the notice of service suspension.

(Estimated usage suspension: around the middle of the month following the billing payment deadline)

  • We do not accept extension of the suspension date.
  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
