If you are unable to make a payment using your registered credit card due to expiration date, etc.
For J:COM Combined Billing
For Paper bill (invoice)
The "Payment Status/Payment" [お支払い状況の確認/お支払い] screen will be displayed.
Please verify in "Payment Status" [お支払い状況] Section.
You can confirm it through the "Payment Status Confirmation/Payment" section in the My au app.

The "Payment Status/Payment" [お支払い状況の確認/お支払い] screen will be displayed.
Please verify in "Payment Status" [お支払い状況] section.
