You can download the past 14 months’ worth of au bills in PDF format from WEB de Billing on My au (Web).

There is no charge for downloading your billing statement, however, any communication charges incurred during the download will be the customer's responsibility.
The services for which you are billed monthly by KDDI can use the PDF invoice as a qualified invoice, except for certain fees*
Installment payments for devices and optional items, au Easy Payment usage fees
Regarding provision of eligible invoices for KDDI Services (in Japanese only)

If your payment method is direct debit from a bank account, you can download au receipts in PDF format from WEB de Billing on My au (Web).

If you pay by direct debit, you can download the receipt for the past 18 months as a PDF file.

The printed receipt after downloading can be submitted to the tax office as an official receipt.

If you are submitting it to a company, etc., please confirm with the destination to see whether you can use it as needed.
Receipts for months when you did not pay by direct debit, such as when you changed your payment method, will not be displayed.

Receipts cannot be downloaded from WEB de Billing.

If you need a receipt for the Income Tax Return, etc., please use the "payment certificate" [支払証明書] as a substitute for the receipt.

This document certifies the amount paid to our company.
It can be used in place of the receipt for Income Tax Returns.

If you pay your au charges by direct debit, you can download the receipt.
