You can pay this month's and outstanding bills issued by bank transfer slip at an au Style, au shops, or UQ Spots.
Important notes
- Only cash is accepted for payment.

There is no service fee for payments of the current month's bill. However, if you make a payment after the due date, a late payment fee of 330 yen (including tax) will be charged.
For those who have the paper bill
Please bring the paper bill to your nearest au Style, au shop or UQ Spot and make the payment.
For those who do not have the paper bill
Even if you do not have a bill, you can still make a payment at an au Style, au shops or UQ spots.
We will verify the identity of the contracted line during the procedure.
Please have your mobile phone number ready when you come to the store and bring your identity verification document.

- At stores equipped with au SaKuTTO (self-service terminal), you can make payments without waiting.
