I would like to know what happens to the remaining installment balance for smartphones and mobile phones if I cancel my au contract
If there is no request for a lump-sum settlement of the installment balance, we will continue to bill you for the remaining installment balance using the same method of payment as at the time of the contract.

- Please have the 4-digit PIN that was set during the contract ready, as identity verification will be required.
