I want to separate my billing

You can apply at an au Style/au shop, or by mailing the application form.

In-store procedures

  • The contract holder of the line that you want to be billed separately must visit the store.

  • If you want lines with different contract holders to be billed separately, please visit the store with all contract holders.

  • If a family member other than the contract holder is the billing account holder (e.g., when the contract holder is a minor and the guardian (parental authority) is the billing account holder, or when you want to set up a direct debit from a bank account in the name of a family member), the contract holder and the family member must visit the store together.

How to apply by application form

If you contact by Message Support, we will send you an application form. Please fill it out yourself and return it to us.

Applying via Message Support

  • You can use this service at any time, anywhere

  • Business hours are open all year round, and communicators are available from 10:00 to 22:00

  • If My au app is not installed, please select the LINE app on the page you will be redirected to after pressing the button

Steps

    Enter "I want to separate the bill"「請求 分けたい」in the "Enter message" [メッセージを入力] field and tap on Submit" [送信].

  • 2

    Select "Request by Mail" [郵送を希望]"Ask a communicator" [コミュニケーターに問合せ] and wait for a reply from the communicator.

    (Depending on the volume of messages, it may take some time to receive a reply.)

  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
