Customers who pay their monthly bill via direct debit from bank account can choose either the 25th, or the last day of the month for the direct debit date (payment date).
The procedure can be done through My au (Web).
Please see below for details.
Access the "Change direct debit from bank account" [口座振替の変更] page from your smartphone or PC.
Click on the "List" [一覧] of "Billing and Payment Procedures" [請求・支払関連のお手続き].
Click on the link for "Change direct debit date" [口座振替日の変更] under "Payment Methods" [支払方法] in "Payments" [お支払い].
Select the au phone number/contract number for au Hikari, etc., for which you want to change the direct debit date, and click on "Select" [選択].
The currently applied direct debit from bank account date will be displayed.
If you want to change it, check the "End of month" [月末日] or "25th" [25日] checkbox and tap on "Next" [次へ].
After confirming the changes, tap on "Apply with this information" [この内容で申し込む].
With this, the change of the direct debit date (payment date) is now completed.
