How to pay my bill at a convenience store

At Lawson or Ministop (by Loppi)(payment with QR code or customer number and confirmation code)

How to pay at Lawson or Ministop (Loppi) using QR code or customer number and confirmation code.

You can pay this month or outstanding bills issued on a paper bill at the nearest convenience store. See the back of the paper bill for the contact points.

Please note that an additional fee will be charged for outstanding bill payments.

Also, even if you have lost your bill, you can still pay by following the steps below.

Important notes

  • Even if you have not received the paper bill, but the payment amount is displayed using this method, there will be no problem to proceed with the payment as it is.

  • Please note that customers with suspended service or without a smartphone, may not be able to use these payment methods. In such cases, we recommend paying through Pay-easy (ATM) or at the shop.(in Japanese only)

  • This page explains using images from My au, but you can operate in the same way with My UQ mobile.

Steps

    Log in to My au (web) with au ID.

    • If you cannot log into My au/My UQ mobile due to two-step verification, please make your payment Pay-easy (ATM) or at the shop. (in Japanese only)

    Choose the phone number you want to pay the bill for and tap on "Select" [選択].

  • 3

    Tap on "Pay at convenience store" [コンビニで支払う] for payment method.

    Select the amount you want to pay and tap on "Pay" [お支払い] at the bottom of the screen.

    After confirming the payment details, tap on [OK].

    Tap on "Convenience Store" [コンビニ].

  • 6

    Choose the convenience store you will do the payment at and tap the icon.

    A QR code will be displayed. Save the screen on your smartphone, or take a note of the "Customer Code" [お客様番号] and the "Confirmation Code" [確認番号].

    • The steps mentioned above should be done before visiting Lawson/Ministop(Loppi).

    Paying with QR code.

    At the in-store terminal Loppi, select "For those who have a Loppi Code" [Loppi専用コードをお持ちの方].

    • For paying with the customer code and confirmation code, please refer to step 12.

    Follow the on-screen instructions and hold the QR code got with the steps above, over the reader.

    Check the displayed information and proceed to the next step by following the on-screen instructions.

    Use the printed slip to pay in cash at the counter within 30 minutes.

    The procedure for paying with the QR code is now completed.

    At the in-store terminal Loppi, tap on "For those who have a code" [各種番号をお持ちの方].

    Insert the "Customer Code" [お客様番号] (11 digits) without hyphen and proceed to the next screen.

    Insert the "Confirmation Code" [確認番号] (0077) and proceed to the next screen.

    Check the displayed information and proceed to the next step by following the on-screen instructions.

    Use the printed slip to pay in cash at the counter within 30 minutes.
