I would like to know how to pay using QR codes at Lawson/Mini Stop (Loppi) and how to pay using customer and confirmation codes

Payments for the current month or outstanding bills can be made at your nearest convenience store.

For information regarding applicable service counters, please check the back of the bill.

When paying for charges that are past the due date, a late payment fee of 330 yen (including tax) will be applied.

Also, if you have lost your bill, you can still make your payment by following the steps below.

  • Customers with communication services suspended or who do not have a smartphone may not be able to make payments using this method.

    Select the phone number you wish to pay for and tap on "Select" [選択].

    Tap on "Pay at Convenience Store" [コンビニで支払う] for the payment method.

    Select the amount you want to pay and tap on "Pay" [お支払い] at the bottom of the screen.

    Confirm the payment details and tap on [OK].

    Select the convenience store you wish to pay and tap on the icon.

    A QR code for payment will be displayed. Please save this screen on your smartphone. Alternatively, please note down your "Customer Code" [お客様番号] and "Confirmation Code" [確認番号].

    At the Loppi machine, select "For those with Loppi code" [Loppi専用コードをお持ちの方].

    • For payment using the customer code and confirmation code, please view from step 12.

    Follow the instructions on the screen and show the QR code got in the above steps to the Loppi QR reader.

    Check the displayed information and follow the on-screen instructions to proceed to the next step.
