I would like to check my outstanding bill
You can check your outstanding bills on the Checking outstanding bills page.
Please check back 8 to 10 days after the payment due date.
If there are no outstanding bills, it will display "There are no outstanding bills up to the previous month." [前月までの未払い料金はございません。]

If you miss the payment due date, various fees and late payment interest will incur.

Payment instructions will be sent to you by text message (SMS),＋Message, email or a paper bill, approximately 10 to 14 days after the payment due date.
We kindly request you to make the payment promptly.

If you wish to check whether the payment has been completed after paying the outstanding bills, please check on "Check Payment status/Payment" [お支払い状況の確認/お支払い] screen.
- The payment status is in principle, based on the information of the previous day.
- The latest payment may not be reflected in the information displayed. Please check "＜ Last 2 days' payment ＞" [＜直近2日間お支払い分＞]
