【YouTube Premium】I would like to know how to unsubscribe
If you subscribed to YouTube Premium at an au dealer or through the au website, you can unsubscribe from the My au page.
Important notes
- This page uses images from My au (Web) to explain, but the same operations can be performed on My UQ mobile.
- If you subscribed individually through Google rather than through an au dealer or the au home page, please check YouTube Help Center for instructions on how to unsubscribe.
Steps

- Login with au ID and password is required.

Scroll down the page and tap on "Cancellation Procedures" [退会のお手続き] for YouTube Premium.
- If "Subscribe to YouTube Premium" [YouTube Premiumに入会する] is displayed, you are not subscribed through au.

After checking the contents, tap on "Agree and proceed" [同意して手続きに進む].
The procedure is now completed.
For your reference
- After unsubscribing, you can continue to use the service until the next renewal date.
- There is no charges if you cancel the subscription during the free trial period, however if done after that period it will result in a monthly fee.
