【Netflix viewing eligible plans】After canceling or changing my plan, will my Netflix or DAZN membership be automatically cancelled?
If you change your plan and the new plan includes entertainment content, your subscription will not be automatically cancelled, so you will be able to continue using it.
If your new plan does not include entertainment content or if you cancel your au contract, it will depend on the content. Please see below for more details.
Netflix
If you have been using Netflix before subscribing for a Netflix viewing eligible plan

If you cancel or temporarily suspend your au line, or change your plan, your Netflix service will continue automatically and will not be unsubscribed (you will be billed directly by Netflix).

However, if your previous Netflix payment method was Apple subscription (Apple iTunes billing), you will need to reset your payment method by yourself on the Netflix webpage.
- To unsubscribe from the Netflix service itself, you need to proceed separately at Netflix.
If you started using Netflix after you subscribed to the Netflix viewing eligible plan

You will receive an email from Netflix informing that if a new payment method is not registered the service will no longer be available.
Please follow the instructions and register your payment method within 3 days of receiving the email.
TELASA (formerly known as Video Pass)
- If you change your plan, you will no longer be able to use TELASA from the following month, and in case you cancel or temporarily suspend your au line, you will no longer be able to use TELASA from the same day.
Amazon Prime
- If you wish to unsubscribe, you must complete the procedure at the Amazon website. Please note that if you do not complete the procedure, the service will continue, and charges will be incurred.
Apple Music / YouTube Premium / DAZN / GeForce NOW powered by au / Piccoma

If you wish to unsubscribe, you need to proceed from the Entertainment （My au）. Please note that if you do not complete the procedure, the service will continue and charges will be incurred.
- When cancelling your au line, Apple Music, YouTube Premium, DAZN and Piccoma subscriptions are automatically cancelled.
