I want to check the billing amount after cancellation (for those whose au ID was the same as their mobile phone number when they signed the contract)

Even after cancellation, you can check your billing amount by logging in to My au
Please see below for detailed steps

Important notes

  • This page provides information about cases where au IDs have not been merged (one au ID has one au/UQ mobile contract line registered).

  • Regarding au ID when logging in after cancellation
    • If you switch from au to UQ mobile/povo, or from UQ mobile to au/povo: There will be no change to your au ID.

    • If you did MNP porting: If you have performed MNP porting after August 18th, 2021, there will be no change to your au ID. If you have performed MNP porting before August 17th, 2021, your au ID will change to "au ID" +" _ (half-width underscore)" + "date of cancellation (YYYYMMDD)".

    • If you cancel, transfer, or inherit the contract: Your au ID will change to "au ID_(underscore)" + "date of cancellation (YYYYMMDD)".
      • If you have any questions regarding the cancellation date, etc. please contact our customer center.

      Example: In case of cancellation on June 1st, 2021

      au ID before cancellation: 080XXXXXXXX

      au ID after cancellation: 080XXXXXXXX_20210601

Steps

    For au users, tap here and then tap on "Log in using WEB" [Webでログイン]

    For UQ mobile (5G compatible plan) tap here and then tap on "Login in using au id" [au IDでログイン]

    • If you were logged in before canceling, please log out once.

    Log in with your au ID and password.

    Enter the email address you want to register as your au ID and tap on "Change your au ID (Agree to the Terms and Conditions and send a confirmation code)" [au IDを変更する(利用規約に同意し確認コードを送信)].

    • Please register an email address where you can be reached ("ezweb.ne.jp" or "au.com" used when signing up with au cannot be registered).

    A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered in Step 3.

    Enter the "Confirmation code" [確認コード] in the email and tap "Next" [次へ].

    Tap on "Change ID and Next" [IDを変更して次へ].

    My au/My UQ mobile top page will be displayed, where you can check your billing amount.

    The method for checking is the same as when you signed up for an au/UQ mobile (5G compatible plan).

The confirmation method is the same as when signing up for au/UQ mobile (5G compatible plan)
