【au PAY Prepaid Card】I would like to reissue my card
You can proceed with the card reissue on the au PAY Site card reissue page.

Important notes

A reissue fee of 600 yen (including tax) will be charged for the au PAY Prepaid Card.
- Virtual card can be issued for free.
- The card issuance fee will be deducted from your au PAY balance.

After reissuing the au PAY Prepaid Card, the old card and Apple Pay (in-app payment)* will no longer be available.
- Refers to the method of selecting Apple Pay at the payment screen and using au PAY Prepaid Card set up as Apple’s method of payment.
- The new au PAY Prepaid Card will be delivered approximately within 10 to 15 days after application.

You will need to complete the activation procedure for the new card. Once you receive it, please complete the activation procedure.
- The au PAY balance will be automatically transferred when you complete the activation procedure for the new card.
- For other important notes, please check the on-screen information when applying for a reissue.

Enter your password and tap on [OK].

Tap on "Reason for Reissue" [再発行理由].

Tap on "Stop Card / Reissue" [カード停止・再発行].

Tap on "Reissue Card" [カードを再発行する].

Select the delivery address and tap on "Next" [次へ].

Set the card's PIN and tap on "Next" [次へ].

Check "Agree to the notes" [注意事項に同意する] and tap on [OK].

The application for reissue has been completed.
