What is required to make a new contract in the name of a minor?

The required documents differ depending on whether the minor is accompanied by a guardian with parental authority or not.

To make a new contract in the name of a minor, please obtain the consent of the parent or the guardian with parental authority before visiting the store.
If not accompanied by the guardian with parental authority,We will confirm the consent over the phone to the parent or guardian with parental authority when at the shop.
