Customers who have upgraded their device online, switched from UQ mobile, or signed up for MNP can switch their line from the Order History page on the online shop.
After the procedure, the line switch will be completed in about 30 minutes, and you will be able to use your new device.

Procedures are available during the following hours, excluding system maintenance hours.
For Device Upgrade and Switching from UQ mobile
from 7:00 a.m. to 11:15 p.m., and from 1:00 a.m. to 2:15 a.m. (all year round)
For MNP (Switching from another company)
from 9:00 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. (all year round)
