【Pre-Order Sale】If I want to reserve a product at a shop, can someone other than the contract holder complete the reservation procedure?
Family members with the same surname or address can make reservations on behalf of others.
When visiting the shop, you will need to bring the contract holder's identity verification document (copy allowed) and the visiting family member (agent)'s identity verification document (original).
In the case of device upgrade and adding a device (adding another device under the same name)
For device upgrades and adding a device (adding one more device under the same name), if the person is already part of the same family discount group, the visiting family member (agent) can complete the reservation procedure with just their original identity verification document.
In this case, the visitor will need to fill out an Oath document upon arrival. If the contract holder and the family member (agent) are from different households and addresses, one of the following documents will also be required.
