I cannot receive the SMS when logging in with au ID and I am unable to do two-step verification

A text message (SMS) for identity verification will be sent to the mobile phone registered to your au ID. Please verify the phone number registered in your au ID again.

If you have contracted services other than the mobile phone, the verification code will be sent to your registered email. Click here for details (in japanese only) .
Enter the verification code provided in the SMS or email, or tap the URL if it is included, to successfully complete the two-step verification.
If even after entering the confirmation code or opening the URL, it says that it has expired, please log in to your au ID again.

  • A text message (SMS) for identity verification will be sent to the au/UQ mobile phone number registered with the au ID (or the phone number registered for au PAY).

  • If you have set up a text message (SMS) reception filter or other settings to reject messages, please temporarily disable the setting or configure it to allow reception of text message (SMS) from the phone number "00000000000" (11 digits).
