I would like to disable my au ID Biometric Authentication Login Setting
You can complete the change procedure at the "au ID Member Information Site" [au ID会員情報サイト].
Important notes
- To change your au ID Biometric Authentication Login Settings, you will need to log in with your current au ID and password.
- If the au ID is linked to au, povo1.0 or UQ mobile, you will need to turn off Wi-Fi and connect via 5G/4GLTE to complete the procedure.
- It is required to use a device with registered biometric authentication to proceed.

Tap on [MENU] icon, then tap on "Fingerprint/Face Recognition Login Settings" [指紋・顔認証によるログイン設定].

Tap on [OK], then perform fingerprint authentication.

Your identity will be verified using fingerprint authentication.

Your identity has been verified.

Select the device you would like to remove from the "Registered device" [登録している端末].

Select the device you would like to remove from the "Registered device" [登録している端末] and tap on "Remove registered device" [登録済端末を解除].

Tap on "Remove registered device" [登録済端末を解除] to complete the removal process.

The device is now removed.
