I cannot unlock my PIN lock
It can be unlocked by entering the PIN unlock code (PUK code).
Enter the PIN unlock code (PUK code) printed on the back of your SIM card mount.
Steps

If you enter the incorrect PIN code for 3 consecutive times, you will be directed to the "PUK code" [PUKコード] entry screen.

Enter the "PIN unlock code" [PINロック解除コード] written on the back of the SIM card mount.

You will be taken to a screen to enter a new PIN code, so please enter a code of your choice.
