I want to know how to deal with it if I lose my SIM card mount (and I do not know the PIN unlock code (PUK code))

Please check your PIN unlock code (PUK code) on My au(Web).

Important note

This page uses images from My au to explain the process, but the same operations can be performed on My UQ mobile.

Steps

    • If you are checking on a PIN-locked mobile phone, please do the following steps before proceeding.

      (You can only check on the web if you can skip the two-step verification of My au)

      • For Android smartphone (if using SIM card): Remove the SIM card and connect to Wi-Fi

      • For Android smartphone (if using eSIM): Tap on "Disable eSIM" [ESIMを無効にする] displayed on the smartphone and connect to Wi-Fi (The text displayed on the screen may vary depending on the model.)

      • For iPhone (if using SIM card or eSIM): You do not need to remove the SIM card. Tap on "Cancel" [キャンセル] on the PUK code input screen and connect to Wi-Fi

    Tap on "Customer information" [お客様登録情報].

    Tap on "Confirm" [確認] for the "PIN unlock code (PUK code)" [PINロック解除コード(PUKコード)].

    The PIN unlock code (PUK code) will be displayed.
