It is displayed if your monthly bill payment method does not support au Easy Payment (Combine with your monthly bill) for the service you are trying to use.
The availability of au Easy Payment is determined based on two conditions: (1) which method you use to pay your au monthly bill and (2) what service you are trying to pay for using au Easy Payment.
Instead of "Combine with your monthly bill", you can use it by selecting another method (credit card, au PAY balance, au PAY card).
If you want to charge your au PAY right now, please select a charging method other than au Easy Payment.
By changing the payment method of au monthly bill to a credit card that supports au Easy Payment, or direct debit from bank account, you can use it from the day after next of the changing procedure. (This applies to procedures at My au and au Style/au shop. It will take longer if the procedure is done by mail.)
