You can find your phone by accessing the Location Search Support service page from a computer or another smartphone.
Please see below for detailed steps.
Access the following page from a computer or a smartphone other than the one you want to locate.
For au customers, tap on "Find" [探してみる] in the "Search for au mobile phone 1" [①au携帯電話を探す] section.
For UQ mobile customers, tap on "Click here to use" [ご利用はこちら] in the "Find Mobile Phone Location Information" [携帯電話の位置情報を検索する] section.
Log in with the au ID of the au mobile phone you want to locate.
Tap on "Use" [利用する] in the "Find my phone/Remote lock" [携帯電話を探す/遠隔ロック] section.
Enter the 4-digit PIN you set at the time of signing the contract and tap on "Next" [次へ].
Check the contents of the "Location Search Support Terms and Conditions" [位置検索サポート利用規約] and tap on "I agree to the Location Search Support Terms and Conditions and its use" [位置検索サポート利用規約に同意の上、利用する].
Tap on "Find" [検索].
Tap on [YES].
