Change Plan

I would like to know how to change the plan

You can change your plan quickly on My au (Web). 

First, log in with your au ID and proceed with the plan change from the "Plan" [料金プラン] section.

The new plan / calling option will be applied from the usage in the following month after your application.

For details of the procedure, please refer to the information below.

Important notes

  • If you do the procedure in the last two days of the month (particularly after 8:00 p.m. on the last day of the month), it may apply from the month after next.
  • The latest information is not reflected on My au app on the first of each month. Please check the plan for the current month from 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of the month following the procedure.

    Tap on "Change" [変更] on the lower right of the "Plan" [料金プラン] section .

    Select the desired plan and calling options, then tap on "Apply from next month" [翌月から適用する].

    After checking the important notes, tap on "Agree and proceed" [同意して次に進む] at the bottom of the page.

    Check the "Important notes" [ご注意] regarding the plan change.

    Check the box "I have checked the important notes above" [上記注意事項を確認しました] and tap on "Next" [次へ] at the bottom of the screen.

    Select the method to verify the contract details, then tap on "Apply for plan change[プラン変更を申し込む].

    The plan changing is now completed.
