You can check your au Hikari contract information such as the contract number, renewal year and month, and contract date (application date) on My au (web).
Access My au (WEB) and log in with the au ID and password of your au Hikari contract.
Click on the "Internet & Phone"[インターネット・電話] tab at the top of the screen.
The "Contract Number" [基本契約番号] (one lowercase letter + nine-digit number) is listed just below the "Internet/Phone" [インターネット・電話 title].This number is necessary for procedures such as combining bills.
The next "Renewal Date (year and month)" [次回更新年月] is listed in the "Plan" [料金プラン] item.
If you want to check the application date, scroll down and click on "Check/Change Contract Details"[契約内容の確認・変更].
Click on "Check Application Details" [お申込内容の確認] in the "Contract Menu" [ご契約メニュー] on the left.
From the "Application List" [お申し込み情報一覧], you can check the application date. This completes the check of au Hikari contract information.
