【au PAY】Error code ER305 appears when charging au PAY and I cannot use the service

The credit card you have entered is not eligible for charging the au PAY balance.

Please check the available cards in the important notes on the following page and register accordingly.

【au PAY】Error code ER310 appears when charging au PAY and I cannot use the service

You cannot charge the specified amount because the total monthly charge amount by credit card exceeds the limit.

Please charge within the monthly limit or use a method other than credit card.

Important note

From April 1st, 2023, the monthly charge limit of credit cards other than au PAY card has been changed to 50,000 yen.

【au PAY】Error code ER321 appears when charging au PAY and I cannot use the service

The entered credit card's information for the authentication service (3D Secure 2.0) could not be confirmed.

Please register from your credit card company's website.

If you have already registered for 3D Secure 2.0 and still cannot use it, please contact your credit card issuer and check your registration information for the identity authentication service (3D Secure 2.0).

Important note

Even if you have already registered for the authentication service (3D Secure), you still need to register for the authentication service (3D Secure 2.0).

【au PAY】Error code ER323 appears when charging au PAY and I cannot use the service

The credit card cannot be used due to settings by the credit card company, such as restrictions on the amount or number of transactions.

For more details, please contact your credit card company.

【au PAY】Error code ER325 appears when charging au PAY and I cannot use the service

Due to exceeding the specified number of registration attempts, the credit card could not be registered.

Please wait for a while and try the procedure again.

【au PAY】Error code ER326 appears when charging au PAY and I cannot use the service

You cannot register one credit card as a charge method for multiple au PAY accounts.

Please delete the credit card information from other au PAY accounts and register it again.

【au PAY】Error code ER327 appears when charging au PAY and I cannot use the service

The entered credit card does not support the authentication service (3D Secure 2.0).

Please check the terms of use and register a credit card that supports the authentication service (3D Secure 2.0).

If you have already registered for the authentication service (3D Secure 2.0), it is possible that the credit card is temporarily unavailable.

Please wait for a while and try the procedure again.
