You can unsubscribe from Ponta Pass / Ponta Pass Lite in My au (Web).
Please check the steps to unsubscribe below.
Important notes

- The service will not be available as soon as the unsubscribe procedure is completed.
- Click here if you continue to receive charges after unsubscribing from the Ponta Pass/Ponta Pass Light (in Japanese only)

Tap on "Cancel Subscription" [退会のお手続き].

Read the precautions for unsubscribing, tap on "Unsubscribe" [退会する] at the bottom of the screen.

After checking the displayed notes, tap on "Unsubscribe" [退会する] at the bottom of the screen.

Check the reason for the cancellation and tap on "Submit" [回答する].
- A screen for entering your PIN may appear.

The cancellation process is now completed.
