I would like to know when the plan change will take effect
It will take effect from the usage in the month following you completed the change procedure.
For example, if you do the plan change during March, it will take effect from April, and you will be charged under the new price in May.
If you change the plan at the same time as your device upgrade, it will take effect from the day of your application.
You can check the status of your plan on My au (Web).
Important notes
- My au does not reflect the latest information on the 1st of every month. Please check your plan at "This month" [今月] section after 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of the following month of your procedure.
- If you do the procedure through My au during the last two days of the month (especially after 8:00 p.m. on the last day of the month), the change may not take effect until the month after next.
