- Administrative 1XY service (188 dial) usage fees
- #Dial (Quick Dial)
- Satellite phones
- Maritime satellite phones
- Other connection services communication charges, such as Navi Dial (numbers starting with 0570), Teledome (numbers starting with 0180), 67 Call (numbers starting with 0067) (*3)
- Calls to phone numbers designated separately by our company (*4)
- Receiving is free of charge.
- Call charges are eligible for free calling under Unlimited Calling Plan 2/Unlimited Calling Plan Lite 2, Unlimited Calling Plan/Unlimited Calling Plan Lite, Kakeho, and Super Kakeho.
- For example, services such as requesting re-delivery of parcels, concert tickets sales by phone, corporate inquiry desk, phone voting and applications for TV programs, and listening to boat race results and commentary.
- Other numbers designated by our company (numbers for connecting to phone services provided by other companies, numbers that are continuously connected for a long time or numerous communications during a certain period) due to mechanical calls, etc., are not eligible for unlimited calling plan (For example, when certain number ranges are excluded).
Other Important notes
Additionally, the application of free calls under this plan may not apply in the following cases.
- When the mobile phone subscribed to this plan is connected to communication equipment held by the customer or used for automatic calls through software (except when previously approved by our company)
- When used for the purpose of earning direct income through mediation of communication, such as by acting as an intermediary for communications, using forwarding functions, or connecting to services provided by other companies
- When used for purposes other than calling
About Unlimited Calling Plan 2/Unlimited Calling Plan Lite 2, Unlimited Calling Plan/Unlimited Calling Plan Lite, Kakeho, and Super Kakeho.

Calls to certain designated carriers and calls exceeding 744 hours per month may be charged.
- For calls not covered by this plan, domestic call charges will incur separately.

Customers of Unlimited Calling Plan Lite 2, Unlimited Calling Plan Lite, and Super Kakeho can make domestic calls of up to 5 minutes free of charge.
- However, if the call exceeds 5 minutes, a call charge of 22 yen (tax included) per 30 seconds will apply for the excess duration.
- For domestic calls that are not eligible for free calls, a charge of 22 yen (tax included) per 30 seconds will apply, except in cases where the other company sets their own rates (calls to maritime satellite phones will incur a charge of 55 yen (tax included) per 30 seconds).
- If you are using Family Discount or au → Home Discount (for free) , call charge discounts will apply. In addition, call charge discounts such as au → Home Discount (50% discount) and Smile Heart Discount will not apply, and if the call exceeds 5 minutes, a charge of 22 yen (tax included) per 30 seconds will be charged.
- If our company determines that the call is affecting our equipment, such as by continuing to make a call for a long time, we may disconnect the call.
