【Ponta Pass/Ponta Pass Light】I would like to know how to check my subscription status

You can check your subscription status from My au (Web).

Please see below for how to confirm.

Important note

  • This page uses images from My au to explain, but the same operations can be performed on My UQ mobile.
  • Even during the free trial period, it will be displayed if you are subscribed.
  • The screen will display the service you are subscribed to, either Ponta Pass or Ponta Pass Light.
  • If you wish to subscribe, tap on "Subscribe to Ponta Pass" [Pontaパスに入会する], and if you wish to unsubscribe, tap on "Procedure for unsubscribe" [退会のお手続き] and the procedure screen will be displayed.

    Your subscription status will be displayed in each section, "Ponta Pass" [Pontaパス] and "Ponta Pass Light" [Pontaパス ライト].

    • If "Currently in Use" [ご利用中] is not displayed and the button "Join Ponta Pass" [Pontaパスに入会する] appears, it means you are not enrolled in Ponta Pass.
