You can check your subscription status from My au (Web).

Please check the following method for confirmation.

    Your subscription status will be displayed in each section, Ponta Pass [Pontaパス] and Ponta Pass Light [Pontaパス ライト].

For your reference

  • Even during the free trial period, it will be displayed if you are subscribed.

  • The screen will display the service you are subscribed to, either Ponta Pass or Ponta Pass Light.

  • If you wish to subscribe, tap on "Subscribe to Ponta Pass" [Pontaパスに入会する], and if you wish to unsubscribe, tap on "Procedure for unsubscribe" [退会のお手続き] and the procedure screen will be displayed.
  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
