【au PAY prepaid card】I would like to renew my card that is about to expire
If you wish to continue using your au PAY prepaid card (plastic card) after its expiration date, please apply through the au PAY prepaid card reissue page.
Please see below for detailed instructions.
Important notes
- A reissue fee of 600 yen (including tax) will be charged.
- The au PAY prepaid card will not be automatically issued upon expiration.
- If you do not plan to use the au PAY prepaid card in the future, there is no need to apply.

Please verify if the address registered with your au ID is up to date before applying.
Regarding the balance of expired au PAY prepaid cards
The balance on an expired card can still be used with au PAY (code payment/online payment/bill payment), as well as with configured Apple Pay.

Tap on "Log In" [ログイン].
- If "Login" [ログイン] is not displaying, it means you are already logged in, so proceed to the next step.

Tap on "Menu" [メニュー].

Tap on "Card Reissue (Lost, Stolen, etc.)" [カード再発行（紛失・盗難など）].

Enter your password and tap on [OK].
- This may not be displayed.

Tap on "Expired" [有効期限切れ].

Tap on "Apply" [申込む].

Select the address to which the card will be delivered and tap "Next" [次へ].

Set the card PIN and tap on "Next" [次へ].

Tap on [OK].

Your application for reissue has been completed.
For your reference

Approximately 3 months before the expiration date, we will send you an email with instructions on how to proceed. You can also complete the procedure via email.
(The email will be sent from the address "info@wallet.auone.jp" to the contact email address of your au ID)

The expiration date of the au PAY prepaid card can be confirmed on the card front or on the au PAY site.

If your au PAY prepaid card is registered on an internet shopping site, you will need to change the card expiration date.
When you receive your new au PAY prepaid card, please update the card expiration date immediately.

If your old card has expired, please cut it with scissors and discard it.
