【Data charge】Is there an expiration date for the data I purchased?

Yes, there is. The validity period of the purchased data is 62 days from the charging date.

Regarding the expiration date

  • Please click here for how to check the breakdown of remaining data and expiration date from Dejira app.(in Japanese only)

  • The data purchased through Data Charge can also be used from the following month onwards if it is within the validity period, after all monthly data for the respective plan has been used up.

  • If you top up more data within 24 hours after the expiration date, the expired data amount can be carried over.

  • The remaining data of Plan Carryover Data from the previous month is valid until the end of the current month(in Japanese only)
  • The expiration date for the Long-term benefit Data Gift is the end of the month(in Japanese only)
  • The data received by Data Present is valid for 62 days from the date of increase (in Japanese only)
  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
