Can I reissue an eSIM that I accidentally deleted?

If you accidentally delete your eSIM or if your device was lost or with malfunctions, you can reissuing procedure through My au (Web).

Important notes

  • If you accidentally delete the eSIM profile used for a secondary line service, the procedure will be different from the one on this page.
  • For 4G (VoLTE) contracts, eSIM reissuance on My au (Web) is only possible when the contract holder or user is an adult.

    For 5G contracts, even if the contract holder or user is a minor, it is possible to reissue an eSIM on My au (Web) if the contract holder is subscribed to the "Underage WEB filter".

  • Only customers who pay their usage charges by direct debit from bank account or credit card can have their eSIM reissued using My au (Web).

    If you are paying at the counter with the bill, please change your payment method and complete the procedure the next day.
