Tap on "Calls Details Statement" [通話明細].

Tap on "Apply for Calls Details Statement Service" [通話明細サービスのお申し込み].

Select the au phone number/au ID that you wish to apply for and tap on "Select" [選択].
If this screen does not appear, proceed to the next step.

Enter the 4-digit PIN code you set when you signed the contract and tap on "Next" [次へ].

Select the "type of calls details" [通話明細の種類] and "confirmation method" [確認方法], then tap on "Agree and proceed" [同意して次に進む].
If you wish to receive a printed Calls Details Statement, select "Check via WEB (My au/my UQ mobile) and paper" [WEB (My au/my UQ mobile) と紙で確認する]. In that case, there will be a fee of 220 yen (including tax) for each phone number.

Review the information and choose the confirmation method after the registration is complete.
After selecting, tap on "Apply with this information" [この内容で申し込む] at the bottom of the page.

Your application is now complete.
You can check your Calls Details Statement online at the same time as the invoice is issued in the month following your application.

Applications for the Calls Details Statement Service can be made only the contract holder’s your own line, via My au (Web). For lines with registered users other than the contract holder, please contact our chat support for inquiries.
