You can check the subscriptions and registered services with au Easy Payment on the "Registered Services" [ご登録中のサービス] page of the au Easy Payment website.
You can also verify whether the cancellation has been completed on the same screen.

The services you are registered for will be displayed.
Tap on the name of the service you want to check to see details such as service name, contact phone number and billing ID.
To cancel or unsubscribe from the subscription services paid for with au Easy Payment, you will need to complete the procedure yourself.
For subscription services applied for at au shops or through au dealers, you can proceed with the cancellation from the My au (Web) or au Navi Walk cancellation page. For more details, please see below.

Please proceed with the cancellation by clicking the "Unsubscribe procedure" [退会のお手続き] button displayed in the section of the service you are using.
The procedure can only be completed from a smartphone or tablet.
To unsubscribe/cancel a service being paid through au Easy Payment, you will need to proceed with the process yourself.

On the "Checking your subscription" [ご登録中のサービス] page, tap on the link to the right of the "Service Name"[サービス名] to access the service provider's website.
Please go to the unsubscribe/cancellation page on the service provider's website and complete the procedure.
Below is a typical example. If you cannot find it, please check the steps in the Help, Frequently Asked Questions or Troubleshooting section at the provider's website.

If you do not know how to unsubscribe or cancel your membership, please contact the service provider directly via the web or the "Contact Phone Number " [お問い合わせ先電話番号].
You may be asked for the "Billing ID " [継続課金ID] , so please make a note of this before contacting.
We kindly ask customers to provide information about malicious sites that do not provide clear cancellation instructions or you cannot contact the merchant. If you come across such a site, please notify us through the Information Submission site.
Please check the service name.
Items displayed as Google Play or Apple are not directly paid through au Easy Payment, but are paid continuously through Google Play or App Store respectively.
