Steps to verify SIM unlocking

  1. Tap on "Settings" [設定].
  2. Tap on "General" [一般].
  3. Tap on "About" [情報].
  4. If the "SIM lock" [SIMロック] column displays "No SIM lock" [SIMロックなし] , the SIM has been unlocked.
  • Simply completing the SIM lock removal procedure will not change the status from "SIM locked" [SIMロックあり] to "No SIM lock" [SIMロックなし].

You need to insert another company's SIM card and perform activation to display "No SIM lock" [SIMロックなし]
