Customers who use "au Email Portability" [auメール持ち運び] service can access the spam email filter settings screen from their My Page and configure it.
Please see below for detailed steps.
From the smartphone you are currently using the service with, access the page au Email Portability.
Scroll the screen from bottom to top.
Tap on "Click here for settings after application" [お申込み後の設定はこちら].
Enter the au ID of the email address you are applying for, and tap on "次へ" [Next].
Enter your password and tap "Log In" [ログイン].
Tap on "Spam Mail Filter Settings" [迷惑メールフィルターの設定].
The "Spam Mail Filter Settings" [迷惑メールフィルター設定] page has been displayed.
From this page, you can configure various settings for the spam mail filter.
